Good Afternoon Asim Ozcan,
I am reviewing the above referenced application for Clean Solutions LLC. In review of this application there is one issue that can be corrected without the need for an office action.
Namely, we require an amended identification of the goods because applicant uses periods in the identification to separate some of the entries, which is improper punctuation. Furthermore, the wording “handwashes, namely, hand soaps” and “liquid soaps for hands, face and body” is indefinite and overly broad. This includes non-medicated soaps in International Class 3 and medicated soaps in International Class 5. Specifically, the suggested identification would read, with suggested changes underlined:
International Class 3: Cleaning preparations for household purposes; cleaning preparations for bathrooms, kitchens, glass, shower walls, dishes, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, and floors; laundry detergent; household and laundry bleach; liquid all fabric bleach stain removers; fabric softener; anti-static dryer sheets; fabric freshener; dishwashing preparations, namely, dishwashing detergents, automatic dishwashing detergents, detergents for machine dishwashing; dishwasher cleaner, rinse agents for machine dishwashers; polishing preparations for glassware; cleaners and degreasers for grill cooking grids and cooking grates; cleaning spray for use in degreasing pots, pans, dishes, countertops and related kitchen surfaces; Spot removers, namely a stain removing formula applied directly to clothing, carpets, floors, furniture, kitchenware, chinaware and upholstery; furniture polishes, and cleaners; handwashes, namely, non-medicated hand soaps; non-medicated liquid soaps for hands, face and body
Please let me know if you would approve of my amending the identification as described. Please note that if applicant wishes to add one or more additional classes to the application, an additional fee of $275.00 per added class will be necessary. In that case, I will make any approved changes and issue a Priority action requiring payment of the fee(s). Any added class will remain inactive until the fee(s) is/are paid, unless applicant specifies otherwise. Alternatively, if you or applicant has a deposit account with the USPTO, you can provide that account number and authorize the charges against that account.
Approving these changes will place the application in condition for approval for publication.
Please respond no later than 2 PM EST on Wednesday, March 13, 2019.
