Dear Ms. Calvaruso,
I am the Trademark Examining Attorney that has been assigned your case at the U.S. Trademark Office.
There is only one issue that we can fix via email or over the phone that is preventing approval of this application for the next step of the registration process. With your OK I can make the changes proposed below and move the application forward.
Identification of Services
A part of the identification of services is over broad and must be clarified. Specifically, the term “multimedia content” can include commercials and advertising content which would classify this part of the entry in class 035 instead of 041.
You may adopt the following language to correct this problem (changes are indicated in bold):
Class 041: Organizing, arranging, conducting and producing social entertainment events in the field of entertainment and fashion; entertainment services in the nature of development, creation, production, distribution and post-production of television shows and multimedia entertainment content; providing classes, workshops, seminars, camps, training and coaching in the fields of entertainment and fashion; entertainment event booking agency services
Please respond to this email or call me (you may leave a message of approval) by close of business on 03/18/2019, and I can make the changes to your application for you and then approve the mark for the next step of the registration process. If you do not contact me by then, I will have to issue an Office action requiring these changes.
Best Regards,
John
