I am the examining attorney for the U.S. Trademark application No. 88226239 (SALLYSTOCKING). I am writing to finalize the examination of the application. The identification of goods remains unacceptable. Thus, I would like to amend it to the following:

 

             Class 10: Patient handling equipment, namely, patient aid in the nature of medical stocking to assist in putting socks on patient feet and legs.

 

Explanation: “patient aid” does not provide the nature of the goods.
