IDENTIFICATION OF CLASS 40 SERVICES

 

The identification of Class 40 services is amended to read as follows:  “Consultancy services in relation to the treatment of materials, namely, hydrocarbons and materials produced or extruded during oil and gas exploration and production; oil and gas refining services.”  See TMEP §§1402.01, 1402.01(e).
