Above the wording “EVERLAND” are two leaves which appear underneath a globe depicting land, water, mountains and trees. Clouds appear over the globe and a partial sun appears behind the globe. Please let me know if this amendment is acceptable. If so I will issue an Examiner’s Amendment, make the change to the application and move the application forward. I must take action on your application by 6pm on Wednesday, March 13.
