AMENDMENT

Applicant deletes the Class 9 goods in the application.

REMARKS

The Examining Attorney has partially refused registration of Applicant's OBJET mark under Trademark Act 2(d), 15 U.S.C. § 1052(d), on grounds that there is a likelihood of confusion with U.S. Registration No. 2593594 for the mark OBJET owned by Stratasys Ltd. Applicant has deleted Class 9 goods and respectfully requests that the application be approved for publication.
