This Examiner’s Amendment follows an Office action sent on March 15, 2019, in which applicant’s specimen was refused and applicant was required to amend its identification of services.

 

Applicant has responded and submitted a substitute specimen, which obviates the specimen refusal.  Additionally, applicant has satisfied the identification of services requirement by agreeing to the amendment below.

 

Application has been amended as shown below.  As agreed to by Matthew Grell on August 19, 2019, the examining attorney has amended the application as shown below.  Please notify the examining attorney immediately of any objections.  TMEP §707.  Otherwise, no response is required.  Id.  In addition, applicant is advised that amendments to the services are permitted only if they clarify or limit them; amendments that add to or broaden the scope of the services are not permitted.  37 C.F.R. §2.71(a).

 

IDENTIFICATION AND CLASSIFICATION OF SERVICES

 

The identification and classification of services is amended to read as follows: 

 

Class 35: Providing independent on-line ratings and reviews of other businesses for people with mobility impairments, for commercial purposes.
