As a follow up to our recent telephone conversation, the entity clarification requirement relative to each of the above-referenced applications is hereby withdrawn (See TMEP Section 803.04 regarding foreign partnerships).  With the exception of serial number 88218439, each application is being approved for publication.  Serial number 88218439 (Centerlok) has been refused on other grounds.  Upon filing a response to this application you may also note the withdrawal of entity clarification requirement.
