Dear Ms. Raines,
Because the specimen submitted with the statement of use is a digital image and not the actual printed flyer, applicant must submit the printed flyer distributed in commerce.

Subject: Response to Office Action: Serial No. 88218402
Good afternoon, Mr. Boungiorno,
The purpose of this email is to respond to the Office Action issued on August 16, 2019 for U.S. Application Serial No. 88218402, “SRPCONTRACTORS.COM”. I am the attorney representing the applicant for this application.
Below are the questions which were propounded in the Office Action, and Applicant Sharp, Robbins & Popwell, LLC’s responses to same.
1) Where is the flyer specimen distributed?
Sharp, Robbins & Popwell, LLC distributes the flyer specimen at various events, such as tradeshows, conferences, education events, and golf tournaments.
2) How do individuals view the specimen?
The flyer specimen is distributed to individuals in printed form. Most commonly, individuals view the flyer specimen after the flyer specimen is physically handed to them at an event, such as tradeshow, conference, education event, or golf tournament. Sometimes the flyer specimen is inserted inside of notebooks or presented with other items which are used as free gifts to potential consumers of Sharp, Robbins & Popwell, LLC’s services. The flyer specimen may also be viewed by individuals when it is hung up for display at an event or placed on a table to be picked up by individuals at an event.
3) If the specimen is provided on-line, applicant must provide the URL for the website and a digital copy of relevant webpage of how the specimen is displayed.
The flyer specimen is not provided online.
Please let me know if you need any additional information.
Best,
Allison S. Raines.
