Good Morning Ms. Kranz,

I have reviewed your response to the Office action dated October 15, 2019, and it looks like it needs a minor amendment before I can approve it for publication.  I can make the necessary change from my end with your approval.  Here is the issue, and I am happy to answer any questions:

MARK DESCRIPTION

An amended description of the mark is required for completion and clarity. The suggested description of the mark would read as follows, with suggested changes in bold:

The mark consists of The mark consists of the following: an incomplete, single line circle with the wording "VEGAN" at the top of the circle and the transparent letter "V" appearing within an upside-down triangle under "VEGAN" in the center of the circle.  The wording "BEVVEG!" connects the curved lines of the circle to form the bottom of the circle.  The letter “V” in the wording “BEVVEG!” is transparent and appears within an upside-down triangle. The white in the mark represents background and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.

Please let me know by phone or email by the close of business on Friday, December 6, 2019,  if you agree to allow me to correct the above by an examiner's amendment or if you have any questions about the application.  If I don’t hear from you, I will have to issue an Office Action.

Thank you,
