Subject: OFFICIAL USPTO EMAIL - Trademark Application Serial No. 88215059 (ENLIGHTENMAT) - EA - Response Required
Good Evening Mr. Hochman,
I am the trademark examining attorney handling the trademark application for ENLIGHTENMAT, Serial No. 88215059. I have reviewed this application and it looks like it needs a minor amendment to the identification of goods. I can make the necessary change from my end with your approval. Here is the issue, and I am happy to answer any questions:
An amended identification of the goods is required because the wording “exercise mats” is indefinite. Specifically, this wording does not clearly specify the type of exercise mats provided by applicant. I propose the following amended identification of goods, with suggested changes bolded:
Class 27: Yoga mats; gymnasium exercise mats; personal exercise mats
Please let me know by phone or email by the close of business on Thursday, March 7, 2019, if you agree to allow me to correct the above by an examiner's amendment or if you have any questions about the application. If I don’t hear from you, I will have to issue an Office Action.
Thank you,
