Subject: U.S. Trademark Application Serial No. 88214755 - MEDSCHOOLCOACH
Keala Chan,
I am writing in reference to U.S. Trademark Application Serial No. 88214755, for the mark MEDSCHOOLCOACH. The identification of services in this application appears to contain indefinite wording and should be amended. The following wording is suggested (please note that added wording is indicated with bold type):
“Educational services, namely, providing medical school application consulting to prospective students and tutoring services in the field of medicine; Educational services, namely, providing pre-medical and medical exams tutoring services in the field of medicine” in International Class 41.
Please let me know as soon as possible if the above suggested wording is acceptable, and if so I would be glad to issue an Examiner’s Amendment for the change and update the record accordingly.
Sincerely,
Carl A. Konschak, Esq.
