I am writing in reference to U.S. Trademark Application Serial No. 88214753, for the mark DRYMATE SURFACE PROTECTION in stylized characters and with a design. The amended identification of goods submitted with applicant’s April 22, 2019 response to the March 5, 2019 Office action requires additional amendment, as we discussed on the telephone earlier today. The following wording is suggested (please note that any added wording is indicated with bold type, while any deleted wording is indicate with a strike through):
“Absorbent protective slip-resistant waterproof polyester mats and pads for lining shelves; Absorbent protective slip resistant waterproof polyester mats for use as shelf liners; Absorbent protective slip-resistant waterproof polyester mats in the nature of shelf liners for use on platforms under sinks” in International Class 20.
