Pursuant to TMEP 1402.08, Applicant respectfully requests that the portion of the identification of services in companion application Serial No. 88213002 that reads, in part, "providing a website in the fields of urban planning, civic planning, traffic planning. natural resource protection. and community revitalization" be amended to "Providing a website featuring information in the field of urban planning, civic planning, transportation planning, and the planning and design of natural resource protection, and community revitalization" and added to this application Serial No. 88213015. Applicant is filing an amendment in application Serial No. 88213002 amending and deleting "providing a website in the fields of urban planning, civic planning, traffic planning. natural resource protection. and community revitalization " from the identification of services. Applicant believes this amendment is proper as both applications are for the same trademark and both have the same filing date.
