APPLICATION HAS BEEN AMENDED:  In accordance with the authorization granted by Palak Mayani Parikh on March 22, 2019, the trademark examining attorney has amended the application as indicated below.  Please advise the undersigned immediately of any objections.  Otherwise, no response is necessary.  TMEP §707. 

 

The following description of the mark replaces the current description of record:

 

The mark consists of a red hand making a peace sign. Superimposed over the hand are two blue horizontal rectangles. The top rectangle has the words "END GUN VIOLENCE" in black lettering. The bottom rectangle has the word "TOGETHER" in black lettering. Below the hand is a flag-like logo with three equal sized stripes, the stripes are blue on the top and bottom and white in the middle with the term "TOMS" printed in black lettering in the middle white stripe.  Other than the white space described, all other areas depicted as white in the drawing represent transparent areas and are not claimed as a feature of the mark.
