Your proposed amendment for IC 042 is acceptable. For IC 035 I’d drop the design wording from the identification because design services are typically put in IC 042. I suggest:
Business consulting for consumer and business digital experiences, namely, development of digital marketing strategies and concepts for others; Development of experiential marketing programs featuring simulations and demonstrations of the products and technologies of others for marketing purposes.
Please let me know if the above is acceptable and I’ll do an examiner’s amendment.

Class 42: Computer services in the nature of platform as a service (PAAS) services featuring non-downloadable computer software platforms for use in creating product and technology simulation marketing campaigns, programs and events; computer services in the nature of platform as a service (PAAS) services featuring non-downloadable computer software platforms for use by others to evaluate, analyze, strategize, develop, test, monitor, and report on product and technology simulation campaigns, programs and events using digital experiences to engage consumers and businesses; consulting services regarding the digital design, interaction design, and visual design of consumer and business digital experiences, namely, providing graphic and multimedia design services for the purpose of promoting the goods and services of others.
