EXPLANATION OF FILING
The application for this registration was filed on November 28, 2018. In the application, Applicant asserted that the foreign filing date for EUTM 017993594 was 11/27/2018. This was incorrect, so on December 3, 2018, Applicant filed a preliminary amendment correcting the filing date for EUTM 017993594 to 11/28/2018. No other issue was raised with this correction. Nonetheless, the registration certificate still states that the foreign filing date was the incorrect date of 11/27/2018. This date should be corrected on the registration to reflect the correct foreign filing date of 11/28/2018.
