This examiner’s amendment responds to applicant’s communication dated 03/24/2019. Pursuant to TMEP §707.03, applicant is advised of the following status of the application. Prior to issuance of this examiner’s amendment, the following issues were outstanding with this application:

In light of applicant’s response to the Office action and the amendments detailed below, the examining attorney has determined the following:
· Identification of Services Requirement is SATISFIED;
· Class Clarification Requirement is SATISFIED.
APPLICATION HAS BEEN AMENDED: In accordance with the authorization granted by David Hong, Attorney of Record, on April 16, 2019, the trademark examining attorney has amended the application as indicated below. Please advise the undersigned immediately of any objections. Otherwise, no response is necessary. TMEP §707. Any amendments to the identification of services may clarify or limit the services, but may not add to or broaden the scope of the services. 37 C.F.R. §2.71(a); see TMEP §§1402.06 et seq.
AMENDMENT TO IDENTIFICATION OF SERVICES
The identification of services is amended to read as follows:
Class 42 – “Computer services, namely, providing online applications and non-downloadable software for work and collaboration-productivity enhancements in the field of professional, work, and management, providing use of digital step-by-step job aids, assessments, reports, and work processes, and in the field of personal growth and development, providing use of digital step-by-step guides, assessments, reports, journals, and interactive digital experiences.”
