Before I can approve the application for publication a disclaimer of PYRAMID is required.  May I enter the disclaimer via examiner’s amendment?  Otherwise a final disclaimer requirement will issue.  The wording PYRAMID is clearly descriptive in view of the specimen submitted with the AAU, which remains part of the record, which shows that the services/goods feature a pyramid structure .
