DATABASE SEARCH:  The trademark examining attorney has searched the USPTO’s database of registered and pending marks and has found no conflicting marks that would bar registration under Trademark Act Section 2(d).  TMEP §704.02; see 15 U.S.C. §1052(d).

 

APPLICATION HAS BEEN AMENDED:  In accordance with the authorization granted by Lisa Greenwald-Swire on March 1, 2019, the trademark examining attorney has amended the application as indicated below.  Please advise the undersigned immediately of any objections.  Otherwise, no response is necessary.  TMEP §707.  Any amendments to the identification of services may clarify or limit the services, but may not add to or broaden the scope of the services.  37 C.F.R. §2.71(a); see TMEP §§1402.06 et seq.

 

AMENDED IDENTIFICATION OF SERVICES

 

The identification of services is amended to read as follows: 

 

Class 41: Educational program services, namely, developing, arranging, and conducting lectures, workshops, panel discussions, and conferences in the fields of Zionism, history and current events about Israel, United States-Israeli relations, current events in the Middle East, relations between Israelis and North American Jews, Jewish culture, and Jewish peoplehood; Educational, cultural, and entertainment services, namely, organizing and arranging exhibitions for entertainment purposes, organizing and arranging cultural festivals for entertainment purposes, arranging and conducting concerts, arranging and conducting lectures, organizing and hosting cultural events for cultural purposes, organizing community sporting events, and arranging and conducting educational conferences, all of the foregoing showcasing Israeli and Jewish artists, athletes, scholars, companies, organizations, and works of art; Training services, namely, conducting training and workshops for professionals planning educational programs and conferences in the fields of Zionism, history and current events about Israel, United States-Israeli relations, current events in the Middle East, relations between Israelis and North American Jews, Jewish culture, and Jewish peoplehood
