EXAMINER’S AMENDMENT
DATABASE SEARCH: The trademark examining attorney has searched the USPTO’s database of registered and pending marks and has found no conflicting marks that would bar registration under Trademark Act Section 2(d). TMEP §704.02; see 15 U.S.C. §1052(d).
APPLICATION HAS BEEN AMENDED: In accordance with the authorization granted by Arlene Powers on February 26, 2019, the trademark examining attorney has amended the application as indicated below. Please advise the undersigned immediately of any objections. Otherwise, no response is necessary. TMEP §707. Any amendments to the identification of goods and/or services may clarify or limit the goods and/or services, but may not add to or broaden the scope of the goods and/or services. 37 C.F.R. §2.71(a); see TMEP §§1402.06 et seq.
The “Applicant Information” section of the application has been amended to identify the following address: “2810 Paa St., Bldg. A, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96819.” TMEP §803.05.
The goods in Class 2 have been deleted from the application. Therefore, the following goods and services will be printed on any registration that may issue from this application:
“Artists' brushes; printed teaching activity guides in the field of painting”, in International Class 16; and
“Education services, namely, providing classes, seminars and workshops in the field of painting; providing information in the field of literacy, reading, sign language, education, training, early childhood instruction and tutoring related to hearing and speech disabilities via the Internet”, in International Class 41. TMEP §1402.01(e).
Applicant indicated that the word “ONE” has no meaning in relation to the identified goods and services other than trademark and service mark significance. See 37 C.F.R. §2.61(b); TMEP §808.01(a).
Miscellaneous
If applicant has questions about its application or needs further assistance, please telephone the assigned trademark examining attorney directly at the number below.
