Registration no. 6056166 ZENITH(Standard Characters, see http://uspto.report/TM/88201342/mark.png) has been amended as follows: RESPONSE TYPE Response to Office Action for Section 7 Request for Amendment or Correction of Registration Certificate.

ARGUMENT(S)
In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

The owner must submit a statement explaining how the error occurred, verified in an affidavit or with declaration under 37 C.F.R. ?2.20. A Section 7 Request for Correction that involves a mistake made by the owner of the registration must include a verified explanation that shows the error occurred in good faith. 37 C.F.R. ?2.175(b). GOOD FAITH STATEMENT The error occurred by a typological oversight in selecting Colorado as the jurisdiction of organization rather than California, the correct selection, in the drop down menu provided in the application. This mistake was made by the authorized representative of the owner on the registration and occurred in good faith. This statement is supported by the attached declaration.
