Applicant disclaims the right to the term PULPAC apart from the mark as shown pursuant to USPTO practice to expedite handling of the application, however Applicant's position is that PULPAC is not descriptive and the Examiner failed to establish grounds for the disclaimer requirement, therefore a disclaimer should not be required.
