Hi Gregory,
I am the Trademark Examiner assigned to this application. This application was approved for publication on October 22, 2019 but was withdrawn from publication on June 2. I apologize for the inconvenience. It has been determined that the disclaimer of “PULPAC” needs to be amended to disclaim the correct spelling of this wording, which is “PULP PACK.” Please let me know if you approve of this change and I will replace the disclaimer of “PULPAC” with a disclaimer of “PULP PACK” with an Examiner’s Amendment and re-approve this mark for publication. Thanks so much.
Best,
Jessie
