I am the Trademark Examiner assigned to this application. Thank you for your response. I am in the process of reviewing it and I need an amended ID in International Class 008 only because the nature of the spoons, knives, and forks is required. This clarification is required because, for example, disposable serving spoons is properly classified in International Class 021. My suggestions are below:

 

International Class 008: Disposable tableware, namely, spoons; Disposable tableware, namely, knives; Disposable tableware, namely, forks; Kitchen knives and table cutlery
