Applicant has petitioned to cancel the cited registration and requests suspension of the pending application. Applicant respectfully disagrees with the examining attorney's assessment of the submitted specimen of use and requests deferment of that issue pending the outcome of the petition to cancel. Applicant has attached the ESTTA receipt for the Petition to Cancel and will provide the examining attorney a proceeding number upon receipt.
