“Industrial chemical reactors” are in Class 007. If you would like to add this class and the “glass lining as a component part of” the industrial chemical reactors, I can issue a priority action, which will allow you to pay the additional fee for adding Class 007 to the application.
Sincerely,
/Tricia L. Brown/

Nuclear reactors are also acceptable in International Class 011. However, electrical reactors and high voltage reactors are in International Class 009. For further assistance with identifying and classifying goods and services in trademark applications, please see the USPTO’s online searchable U.S. Acceptable Identification of Goods and Services Manual. Dear Ms. Brown – Thank you for the message. Generally, I expect my client will be ok with the changes you propose. I question whether “solar reactors” is on point, however. I am checking with my client for clarification, but in the meantime do you have any other suggestions for qualifying “reactor vessels”? The wording was accepted in connection with an earlier application for the mark (US App No 78/586728) that never matured to registration after a Notice of Allowance issued. Best – John
