EXPLANATION OF FILING
In the Trademark Application for VkCore filed on November 2, 2018, Applicant mistakenly listed the Applicant, Core Avionics & Industrial, Inc. as a Florida corporation. Applicant Core Avionics & Industrial, Inc. is a Delaware corporation. The listing of "Florida" instead of "Delaware" as the Applicant's state of incorporation was an inadvertent, clerical error on the part of the Applicant which occurred in good faith. Applicant respectfully requests correction of the state of incorporation of Core Avionics & Industrial, Inc. to a Delaware corporation, instead of a Florida corporation.
