I am the trademark examining attorney reviewing your trademark applications for FIREMANS #4 LIGHT (serial no. 88176186), and CRAFT BEER DONE LIGHT (Serial no. 88178371), and CRAFT DONE LIGHT (serial no. 88178377).

 

Everything looks good with the applications, but we do need a disclaimer with both of the application of the descriptive wording.

 

·        With FIREMANS #4 LIGHT, we need a disclaimer of the wording LIGHT

·         With CRAFT BEER DONE LIGHT, we need a disclaimer of the wording CRAFT BEER

·        With CRAFT DONE LIGHT, we need a disclaimer of the wording CRAFT
