Hi Sheree.

 

As we discussed, here are the proposed identifications for class 41:

 

               “providing a website featuring non-downloadable publications in the nature of newsletters and bulletins in the field of infectious disease diagnostics” and/or

 

               “publication of online newsletters and bulletins in the field of infectious disease diagnostics.”

 

Both of those are within the scope of what you have already for 41 so that’s not an issue.

 

As for the color claim and mark descriptions in those instances where the marks are in color, I would make the color claim be for “light blue, dark blue, grey and black” and for the description I would need to add that the words are in black.

 

Let me know what you think and I can issue examiner’s amendments.
