DATABASE SEARCH:  The trademark examining attorney has searched the USPTO’s database of registered and pending marks and has found no conflicting marks that would bar registration under Trademark Act Section 2(d).  TMEP §704.02; see 15 U.S.C. §1052(d).

 

APPLICATION HAS BEEN AMENDED:  In accordance with the authorization granted by John A. Hughes on January 28, 2019, the trademark examining attorney has amended the application as indicated below.  Please advise the undersigned immediately of any objections.  Otherwise, no response is necessary.  TMEP §707.  Any amendments to the identification of goods and/or services may clarify or limit the goods and/or services, but may not add to or broaden the scope of the goods and/or services.  37 C.F.R. §2.71(a); see TMEP §§1402.06 et seq.

 

The identification of goods is amended to read as follows: 

 

Baby wipes impregnated with cleaning preparations; sunscreen preparations; non-medicated skincare preparations, namely, cleaners in International Class 3.

 

Hand sanitizing preparations in International Class 5.  (No Change.)

 

Flash drives, namely, blank USB flash drives; lanyards, namely, eyeglass lanyards; computer application software for use in the monitoring of and facilitating healthcare in International Class 9.

 

Blank cards, namely, notecards; non-magnetically encoded medical identification cards, namely, crib cards and footprint cards; printed certificates, namely, birth certificates; lunch bags, namely, paper lunch bags; office requisites, namely, badge reels for affixing badges to clothing; office requisites, namely, clips for affixing identification badges and nametags to clothing in International Class 16.

 

Cloth and canvas diaper bags; reusable grocery bags, namely, reusable textile produce bags to carry produce from grocery stores and farmer's markets; diaper dispenser bags; bags for carrying babies' accessories, namely, bottles in International Class 18.

Robes, hats, shirts, socks, and pajamas; infant sleepers, infant wear in International Class 25.  (No Change.)
