APPLICATION HAS BEEN AMENDED: In accordance with the authorization granted by Maren C. Perry, Esq. on Feb. 7, 2019, the trademark examining attorney has amended the application as indicated below. Please advise the undersigned immediately of any objections. Otherwise, no response is necessary. TMEP §707. Any amendments to the identification of goods and/or services may clarify or limit the goods and/or services, but may not add to or broaden the scope of the goods and/or services. 37 C.F.R. §2.71(a); see TMEP §§1402.06 et seq.
Amendment to Identification of Goods
The identification of goods is amended to read as follows:
“Pharmaceutical preparations for the treatment of neurological disorders, muscle dystonias, smooth muscle disorders, autonomic nerve disorders, headaches, wrinkles, hyperhydrosis, sports injuries, namely, injured or torn skin, muscle, ligaments, or bone, cerebral palsy, muscle spasms, muscle tremors and pain; pharmaceutical preparations, namely, peptide substrates for use in the treatment of neurological disorders, muscle dystonias, smooth muscle disorders, autonomic nerve disorders, headaches, sports injuries, namely, injured or torn skin, muscle, ligaments, or bone, cerebral palsy, muscle spasms, muscle tremors and pain; body creams, lotions and gels for medical purposes; eye creams, lotions and gels for medical purposes”
