Applicant hereby responds to the pending office action issued on February 8, 2019.  Pursuant to TMEP 716.02(a), Applicant requests suspension of the application pending the disposition of its cancellation action proceeding no. 92071218 against the cited U.S. Registration Nos. 4597569 (QUANTEL) and 2029858 (QUANTEL).  Defendant's (Registrant's) Answer to the Petition to Cancel is due on August 21, 2019 per the TTAB order dated July 12, 2019.  Favorable action is requested.
