EXPLANATION OF FILING
Applicant requests amendment of U.S. Application Serial No. 88164323 to delete the term "chains" from Class 7. Applicant has filed this amendment in response to a request made by a third party. Applicant submits that the proposed amendment is proper, as it merely narrows the identification of goods.
