The address of record for Registrant includes the line "Taman lndustri Bukit Permai" and this information is correct on the TESS database; however this information was printed on the certificate of registration as "Taman Lndustri Bukit Permai" with a letter L instead of a letter I as the beginning of the second word. Because the certificate of registration is a formal record of Registrant's legal rights, Registrant respectfully requests that this error be corrected in the address and that a new certificate of registration be issued.
