EXPLANATION OF FILING
In order to resolve an issue with a potential opposer, Applicant requests deletion of "chemicals used in industry" from the listing of goods in Class 1. The amendment does not broaden the listing of goods. Therefore, Applicant submits that republication is not necessary. Applicant respectfully requests that the application proceed to registration.
