It was a pleasure speaking with you yesterday regarding the above-referenced trademark application. The only other thing we need before I can approve is an amended mark description.

I can suggest the following alternative:

Mark Description – The mark consists of the letters “MW” stylized so that they make a bowtie shape.

Please let me know whether I have your consent to amend the mark description and I can amend it from here in lieu of issuing an office action. Thank you.
