Subject: FW: 88159034 MURMURATION - proposed amendment to ID
Importance: High
Hello Ms. Wilcox:
I am the trademark examiner for the above captioned file. I am proposing an examiner’s amendment to amend to the ID suggestion below (the suggestion strikes “key chains”). If you can agree to the suggestion, please let me know and I will enter the changes. If you have an alternative, or would like to discuss or keep key chains in Class 14 or certain other goods in Class 16, I am happy to discuss that too. Please let me know by Thursday of this week, to avoid the need for an Office Action, if possible.
Suggestion:
Class 18 Handbags, purses, clutches, change purses, backpacks, tote bags, shoulder bags, carryall bags, cosmetic bags sold empty, vanity cases sold empty, wallets, credit card holders, travel bags, briefcases, business card holders in the nature of wallets and card cases, belt bags
(NB: Key chains, even leather key chains are properly classified in Class 14, and desktop business card holders would be in Class 16). If you would like to amend to additional IDs outside of Class 18, such as those in Class 14 and Class 16, that is permissible, but would still require a priority action for the additional Class fees.)
Regards,
Ben
