I hope you’ve had a wonderful holiday season. I’ve heard back from my client. Would the restriction be acceptable as “for the treatment of neurological and psychological diseases and conditions and for the treatment of epilepsy”? I.e. no “cannabinoid-based” restriction? See mark-up below and advise. In my opinion, this still narrowly-defines what the applicant does and distinguishes its services from those covered by the cited mark. Thank you!
