However, Applicant is also aware of alternative meanings in Australia’s Aboriginal dialects as well as the Spanish meaning that the Examiner proposes. And thus, is uncertain if any clear and precise translation exists. At the time Applicant filed, it intended the meaning PLACE OF TALL TREES, as it understood that to be the meaning given by the Aboriginal people to the area, including MINGARA Recreational Club with which Applicant was familiar. Applicant is now aware of several meanings for the term MINGARA in the aboriginal language. See Exhibits A and B. Applicant suggests that no translation is necessary or required. |
