CLASSIFICATION OF GOODS
MARK DESCRIPTION AND COLOR CLAIM
The following statements describing color in the mark are added to the record:
The colors red, blue, yellow, grey, dark grey, black, white, and peach are claimed as a feature of the mark.
The mark consists of the stylized grey wording “RHINOSHIELD” featured below a circular design that is half red and half blue. Inside the circle design is a stylized rhinoceros head design featured in light and dark grey. The rhinoceros is wearing yellow and blue sunglasses, is featured with a peach colored nose patch, and features a white tooth with a black mouth. The rhinoceros design is outlined in black. All other white areas represent background and are not claimed as a feature of the mark.
