On June 15, 2019 the Applicant filed a response to the Office Action dated December 18, 2019. After the response was submitted, the Applicant
noted an inadvertent error in the response. In the Office Action under reply, the examiner requested the Applicant to submit a drawing of the mark and amend the description of the mark. The Applicant
was working simultaneously on three separate Office Actions, each of which had the same requirement to submit drawings and amend the description of the mark. After all three responses were filed, the
Applicant noted an inadvertent error had occurred in the subject application. The new drawing and amended description of the mark erroneously did not correspond to the mark applied for under serial
no. 88144873. In order to rectify the matter, the correct drawing and description are hereby submitted |
