Dear Examining Attorney Caysido –

 

Thank you for your telephone discussion yesterday regarding this suspended application for ICON in Class 20.

 

Based on our discussion, you had indicated that you can remove the suspension of the application if our client is amenable to deleting the term, “stools” from the listing of goods.  Accordingly, I have received the client’s go-ahead to authorize the deletion of this term.

 

The client has further indicated that it would like to delete the terms: “Tool boxes not of metal” and “tool chests not of metal, sold empty.”

 

Therefore, we would like to amend the goods as follows:

 

Class 20:  Tool boxes not of metal; tool chests not of metal, sold empty; tool Tool cabinets; tool hutches; stools; free-standing storage racks for storing tools; wall mounted tool racks

 

 

Please let me know if you are able to do this with an Examiner’s Amendment, or if you would prefer that we file an Amendment from our end.
