Subject: USPTO CORRESPONDENCE SER. NO. 88098700, CURAVIVE

Good morning Crissa,

I am the examining attorney assigned to the above-referenced case.  I have completed my initial examination and would like to propose a simple amendment to the identification of goods.  Similar to the co-pending CURAVIVE application, we need to amend the identification to clarify what types of preparations applicant is offering in Class 005.

Thus, I propose the following amendment: Pharmaceutical preparations for the prevention, mitigation, cure and treatment of diseases affecting companion animals and livestock

If this amendment is acceptable, please let me know and I can move forth with an Examiner’s Amendment.  If you have any questions, feel free to contact me either by email or phone.

All the best,

Bridget
