Dear Mr. Delp,

This email is a follow up to the voice message I left earlier today.  I have examined the application for “COCO NOOT”, and it appears to be mostly in order.  However, before I approve the mark for publication, I wanted to ask whether applicant would like to remove the voluntary disclaimer for “COCO”.  In this context, the term does not need to be disclaimed, though applicant can retain the disclaimer if applicant would like.

Once we resolve this issue, I intend to approve the mark for publication. Please indicate whether applicant would like me to remove the voluntary disclaimer, and let me know if you have any questions.

Respectfully,

/Jonathon A. Schlegelmilch/
