APPLICATION HAS BEEN AMENDED:  This examiner’s amendment is being issued to correct previous clerical error made in the previous examiners amendment dated February 11, 2019.  Specifically, the trademark examining attorney inadvertently misstated the amendment made in Class 24 based on the applicant’s prior approval.  The trademark examining attorney apologizes any confusion caused by this error.
