I was directed by Attorney Allen’s voicemail to contact you with a question about one of her cases, referenced above.

 

The application was suspended on July 19, 2019 in view of a prior-filed application for LOCKBOX (& design), U.S. Trademark App. No. 87/922,295. We note that this prior-filed application was abandoned as of March 16, 2020 for failure to file a Statement of Use. As the prior-filed application was the only issue preventing allowance, we would appreciate removal of the suspension and a Notice of Allowance.
