Application serial no. 88129830 METRO (Stylized and/or with Design, see http://uspto.report/TM/88129830/mark.png) has been amended as follows:

OTHER REASON
By email dated April 13, 2021, the examining attorney advised that if the application's identification were amended consistent with amendments made to application serial nos. 88129751 and 88129835, then the pending application would be removed from suspension and approved for publication. Applicant has, coincidentally with filing this Response to Suspension Inquiry or Letter of Suspension, filed an Amendment to Allege Use consistent with application serial no. 88129751, and requested division of the application as set forth therein. Applicant herewith agrees to amend the identification consistently with application serial no. 88129751, namely, (1) to delete "memory card readers" from IC 009, and (2) to append the following language at the end IC 038 (in both the parent and child applications, following division): "none of the foregoing involving wireless data transmission services provided to small, medium and enterprise fleet companies operating over a private network for the purpose of tracking fleet trucks, telemetry position and truck status." Upon entry of the foregoing amendments, Applicant requests that the application be removed from suspension and proceed to publication.
