I have now had the opportunity to discuss the proposed disclaimers with my client. My client agrees to the proposed disclaimers and appreciates your willingness to enter the same through an examiner’s amendment.

 

Accordingly, in U.S. Trademark Application Serial Nos. 88127234, applicant disclaims the word “MINI” apart form the mark as a whole. In U.S. Trademark Application Serial No. 88127246 applicant disclaims the word “SERIES” apart from the mark as a whole.
