This Examiner’s Amendment is in response to applicant's communication received on 1/04/2019.  The requirements issued in the Office Action dated 12/28/2018 for an amended color claim and an amended description of the mark have been satisfied.  TMEP §713.02.

 

APPLICATION HAS BEEN AMENDED: To place the application in condition for publication, the trademark examining attorney is amending the identification of services as indicated below to correct a spelling error/typo in the identification: 

 

Class 42:         Providing an interactive website featuring technology that allows users to access a database of laundry services providers by location to arrange and facilitate delivery and pickup of laundry items; Providing an interactive website featuring technology that allows users to access a database of restaurant providers by location to arrange and facilitate delivery and pickup of food items; Providing an interactive website featuring technology that allows users to access a database of delivery services providers by location to arrange and facilitate delivery and pickup of items

 

Correction of obvious misspellings, typographical errors, and redundancies in the identification of goods/services may be done without prior approval by the applicant or the applicant’s attorney.  TMEP §707.02.

 

No response is necessary.  TMEP §707.

 

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT: After this Examiner’s Amendment is issued, the mark will be approved for publication in the USPTO’s Trademark Official Gazette, a weekly online publication. Although rare, withdrawal of approval prior to publication can occur after the USPTO conducts its final review of this application. Unless withdrawal occurs, applicant will next receive a “Notice of Publication” specifying the date on which the mark will be published in the Official Gazette.  If no party files an opposition, the trademark registration certificate is normally issued to the applicant approximately twelve (12) weeks after the date the mark was published in the Official Gazette.
